WE'RE HIRING: SITE MANAGER!
Got what it takes to run the show on-site?
At Ivana Decor Sdn Bhd, we transform spaces into stunning luxury hotels. We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager who can lead teams, tackle challenges and get things DONE!
YOUR MISSION
- Take charge of daily site operations.
- Lead subcontractors and keep everyone on track.
- Deliver top-notch workmanship and finishes.
- Solve site problems before they become headaches.
- Keep projects moving, on time and up to standard.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 5 years in interior fit-out construction.
- Solid technical knowledge and strong leadership.
- Experience in 4–5 star hotel projects is a big plus!
- Independent, decisive and solution-driven.
- Someone who leads from the front, not just from behind a desk.
