Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

Provides excellent customer service.

Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns.

Understands the brand's service culture.

Drives alignment of all employees, team leaders and managers to the brand's service culture.

Sets service expectations for all guests internally and externally.

Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.

Verifies all F&B functions are up to standard and exceed guest's expectations.

Consistently offer professional, pro-active and engaging service to all guests’ members and associates

Assist guests regarding all items and Cocktail Bar Catalogue, in an informative and helpful manner

Comprehensive knowledge of all Catalogue and Food Menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods

Create and serve innovative cocktails

Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeys

Suggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus

Maintaining exceptional drink service standards

Process all payments

Mentoring and training of staff around our drinks

Host guest tastings and masterclasses

Flexibility to work at any of the Garcha Group Hotels

Any other duties / tasks as requested by management

Other Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.

Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.

Required skills: Hotel Bartending Experience, Diligent, Trustworthy, Articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
