WE ARE HIRING – CDP (BAKERY/CENTRAL KITCHEN)

Location: Jitra, Kedah

Job Scope

- Lead and supervise daily Central Kitchen operations.

- Plan and monitor food/bakery preparation and production activities.

- Ensure product quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

- Control costs, ingredient usage, inventory, and wastage.

- Train and supervise kitchen/baker team members.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

- Solid experienced in a bakery, or central kitchen.

- Experience in leading or supervising a team.

- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and production planning.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, organised, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
