Job Summary

Responsibilities
Represent and execute marketing campaigns for established brands through face-to-face customer interactions to enhance brand presence
Engage customers professionally to deliver a consistent and positive brand experience
Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase campaign reach
Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute actively to achieving team sales targets
Develop communication, customer engagement, and sales skills through practical experience and feedback
Progress into roles involving team coordination, campaign management, and leadership responsibilities based on performance and readiness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers and collaborate with team members
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work well within a team
