Job Responsibilities

Greet visitors and provide information on stores, directions, and transport.
Assist with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and equipment loans (wheelchairs/strollers).
Manage gift-with-purchase redemptions, sell mall vouchers, and assist with event registrations.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of mall campaigns and tenant offers.
Conduct daily mall walks to check facilities and cleanliness.
Handle voucher reimbursements and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
Act as the first point of contact for lost items/children and emergencies, coordinating closely with security and operations teams.



Key Requirements

Relevant experience in Customer Service would be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong service mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
Flexibility to work shift hours.
