Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Experience in maintaining kitchen or F&B equipment is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Able to work independently and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues.

Willing to travel between outlets when required.

Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Carry out minor repairs on kitchen equipment and systems while minimising disruption to outlet operations.

Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and operating systems, identify faults, and perform necessary corrective actions.

Identify potential equipment failures or unsafe conditions and report them promptly to the Food Quality Manager.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration for kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, heat treatment machines, coffee machines, ice machines, and beverage systems.

Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment cleaning to maintain hygiene and operational efficiency.

Report equipment breakdowns promptly and follow up on repair progress until fully resolved.

Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and other general electrical components.

Carry out basic refrigeration maintenance, including condenser cleaning, filter replacement, and servicing.

Follow energy-efficiency and energy-management procedures within the outlet, including the Fire-Up Schedule and DOT System.

Respond promptly to ad-hoc equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting and repairs.

Support the installation, setup, and testing of new kitchen equipment when required.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and repairs.

Comply with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
