Not your typical accounting role.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven financial services company looking for an Accountant / Senior Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, challenge the status quo, and help build a smarter finance function.

Working closely with the Group Finance Lead, you’ll have real ownership and visibility in a growing business where ideas are welcomed, processes are still evolving, and your contributions can make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own month-end closing, financial reporting, consolidation and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
• Manage core finance operations, including AP, AR, invoicing, collections and payments.
• Lead statutory audits and support regulatory reporting, applying IFRS to complex accounting matters.
• Build and strengthen financial controls, accounting policies and scalable finance processes.
• Spot inefficiencies and drive process improvement, automation and smarter ways of working using technology and AI.
• Partner with the Group Finance Lead and cross-functional teams to support business decisions and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-12 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to fintech, financial services, technology or early-stage startups.
• Professionally qualified (ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent), with strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge.
• Big 4 audit / advisory experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in financial closing, consolidation and multi-entity accounting.
• Tech-savvy, analytical and curious, with an appetite for automation and process improvement.
