About the Roles

Business Development Executive role based at Tagore Industrial Avenue in a renovation company, offered on a full-time permanent basis with a 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 9.00am–6.00pm). This position provides basic salary up to $4,000, along with commission, transport/mobile allowances, and variable bonus, offering strong performance-driven earning potential and an active client-facing work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company profitability.
• Source and negotiate competitive pricing and rates from vendors.
• Build strategic partnerships including sub-contracts and joint ventures to support business growth.
• Expand the client base through engagement with both direct and indirect clients.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations.
• Host and support visiting overseas agents and vendors to strengthen business relationships.
• Participate in overseas conferences and networking events to grow the company’s partner network.
• Gather, track, and assess market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions.
• Act as the main liaison for existing and potential clients.
• Contribute to long-term business planning and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales or business development within the construction or project services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in client-facing roles and conducting outdoor or external meetings.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
