Core Responsibilities
Generate leads:
Identify and contact new potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and email outreach.
Pitch products:
Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Close deals:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to turn prospects into paying customers.
Maintain relationships:
Provide ongoing support to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track activities:
Log all customer interactions, pipeline stages, and sales data in the CRM system.
Required Skills
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills.
Persuasion:
Strong ability to handle objections, build rapport, and influence buying decisions.
Time management:
Skill in organizing daily schedules to balance prospecting, meetings, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a sales role is preferred but not always required.
Education:
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business or marketing is an asset.
