Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Actively approach potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking and customer visits.
• Promote the company's Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross-Border Trucking and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Provide weekly sales reports, customer updates and sales forecasts to Management.

Job Requirements

• Prior sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight and Cross-Border Trucking will be an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing customer base or industry network are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching new customers and generating sales leads.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
