• Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information on products and ongoing promotions.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized store displays in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, replenishing, and restocking merchandise, and report any inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns in compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and product insights to support improvements in service and product offerings.
• Support loss prevention efforts by following security procedures and assisting in minimizing theft and shrinkage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
