Recruitment & Training: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees.

Product Knowledge: Train the team on ingredient safety, skincare/makeup benefits, and sales techniques.

Scheduling & Supervision: Build and maintain staff schedules, supervise daily floor activity, and monitor individual performance against store goals

• Sales Targets: Monitor store-wide sales goals, track profits and expenses, and prepare performance reports.
• Visual Merchandising: Plan store layouts, design promotional displays, and keep shelves and product testers organized and sanitized
• Promotions & Events: Coordinate special in-store promotions, product launches, or visits from beauty experts
• : Track inventory levels, handle stock-taking, and reduce losses from shrinkage, damage, or overstocking.

Bookkeeping: Maintain basic records of cash flow, payroll, and operational expenditures.
: Greet shoppers, conduct high-level consultations when needed, and resolve customer complaints or escalations.

Policy & Safety Enforcement: Enforce company policies, security routines, and local retail safety regulations.
