We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to drive strategic growth through large-scale tenders and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. Reporting to the Group Business Development team, you will lead commercial and financial evaluations, develop winning tender strategies, support M&A transactions, and provide commendations to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and financial workstreams for major tenders and M&A projects.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and commercial strategies.
• Conduct due diligence, valuation analysis, and risk assessments.
• Provide contract and commercial advice to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and Board review.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, finance, business development, or M&A roles.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience intender management and/or M&A activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
