Job Summary

Deliver ICT, computing, digital literacy, and programming lessons to secondary students while supporting teachers and managing digital content to enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT, computing, digital literacy, and programming lessons to secondary school students to enhance their technical skills
• Develop and prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum goals
• Support ICT clubs and coordinate student participation in competitions to foster engagement and skill development
• Train teachers on educational technology tools to improve instructional effectiveness
• Provide ICT, computer, and audiovisual technical support to ensure smooth operation of school activities
• Maintain and update school website content to ensure accurate and current information
• Assist with photography, videography, and video editing for school events to document and promote activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a minimum Diploma in ICT, Computing, Digital Multimedia, or related field
• Be MOE-registered as an instructor by the ITQ closing date and maintain registration throughout the contract
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience in schools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for preparing teaching materials and communications
• Skilled in Google Workspace tools to facilitate collaboration and document management
• Knowledgeable in programming to support lesson delivery and student learning
• Capable of IT troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly
• Experienced in photography and video editing to support school event documentation
