Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, grounded, and self-motivated
Office Administration Executive
to independently manage the daily heartbeat of our office located in Ubi Techpark.
If you prefer a stable, practical, and highly trusted role where you can work independently without micro-management, this position is perfect for you. We value maturity, responsibility, and a "can-do" attitude over fancy qualifications. You will be fully responsible for ensuring our routine business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Office & File Management:
Maintain, organize, and archive physical and digital company records systematically.
Communication Handling:
Manage the main company email inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
Mail & Logistics:
Handle all incoming and outgoing postal mail, couriers, and packages.
Financial Admin:
Monitor and process regular company utility bills and payments on time. Assisting with checking incoming receivables (invoices/cheques) and basic record-keeping.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
General day-to-day office housekeeping and simple administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Education:
Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec (ITE) or Diploma (Polytechnic) in any field.
Experience:
Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Full on-the-job guidance will be provided.
Mindset & Personality:
Grounded, mature, and highly dependable. You must be comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your daily routine.
Skills:
Basic digital literacy (handling emails, simple spreadsheets, and navigating local online payment systems/banking portals).
Language:
Good communication skills in English to handle phone calls and basic email correspondences.
