- As a Digital Workplace Senior Consultant at SoftwareOne you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey within the Microsoft ecosystem. Leveraging your expertise in Enterprise Voice, and Microsoft 365 Collaboration, you will provide strategic guidance, technical solutions, and best practices to optimize our clients' digital workplace environments.
- You would be responsible for leading projects and setting standards for more proficient technical delivery. Knowledge management and mentoring Consultants and associates is one of the pivotal requirements for collaboration in Digital workplace Team, here in SoftwareOne.
- Another critical part of cross team collaboration requirement would require the consultant to work with Presales consultants, help them translate business requirements to technical requirements and help them scope technically complicated problem projects and drive it towards and scope strict statement of projects in your expertise.
- Considerable experience with a Systems Integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex Microsoft Teams integrated communication solution.
- Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
- Must be considered as an expert in Microsoft Teams with phone connectivity through Direct Routing, operator connect and teams calling unified communication.
- Have undertaken several Microsoft Team voice and unified communication migrations including.
- On premise Skype for business to Microsoft Teams.
- Tenant to tenant migration that includes Microsoft Teams Phone systems.
- Expert knowledge in the following technology areas
- Microsoft Teams voice
- Teams Phone
- Direct routing
- Teams clients and Devices
- Network optimization for Microsoft Teams
- Skype for business call routing
- Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas
- Network and Networking devices (Switches, Routers, Load balancers, NAT and Firewall rules and traversal)
- DNS
- On premise Unified communication systems.
- Session Boarder Controllers (Ribbon/AudioCodes) and SIP trunking
- Modern workplace technologies
- Hybrid environments
- Experience in other M365 workloads advantageous
- Good problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings.
- Above all else, a fantastic attitude and good nature to bring to the team
