1. Recruitment Plan Execution
Implement recruitment tasks based on strategies set by the Recruitment Manager.
Ensure recruitment progress aligns with factory staffing requirements for production and management roles.
2. Recruitment Process Support
Post job advertisements, collect and screen resumes.
Schedule interviews and assessments, coordinating communication between candidates and department heads.
3. Candidate Management
Maintain candidate databases to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback on hiring decisions.
4. Recruitment Events & Partnerships
Assist in organizing job fairs, campus talks, and recruitment events.
Maintain relationships with vocational schools and training institutions to expand talent sources.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage recruitment-related documents and contracts, maintaining accurate records.
6. Team Collaboration & Training
Support the Recruitment Manager in guiding team members to improve efficiency.
Participate in training on recruitment techniques and interview skills to enhance personal and team capability.
