Main Responsibilities:
Office jobs
Support general clerical duties, including data entry and systematic filing.
Monitor internal departmental activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Deliver high-quality customer support via various communication channels.
Handle applications and inquiries without any sales targets or outbound cold calls.
Requirements:
Diploma holder or above with 1-2 years of CS experience.
Independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Written & Spoken).
