Role Type: Individual contributor
About PartipostPartipost is a creator and influencer marketing platform connecting brands with creators across 8 markets in Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We help brands engage communities through authentic content and creative campaigns.
About the roleWe're looking for someone to own Partipost's disputes and claims from first conversation to final resolution. Most of your time will go to two things: negotiating directly with vendors, creators and business partners, and representing the company at the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) and other claims processes when a matter can't be resolved directly.
You'll report to the CEO and work closely with Finance and our country teams. You'll often be speaking with multiple stakeholder, so this role suits someone who stays calm, listens properly, and can hold a firm position without damaging the relationship.
What you'll do- Negotiate with vendors, creators and business partners to reach practical resolutions, within mandates approved by the CEO.
- Coordinate with external party and country teams on claims that need outside support.
- Represent Partipost at the Small Claims Tribunals and other tribunals or dispute forums as needed, including consultations, mediation and hearings.
- Prepare claim responses, case bundles, evidence and supporting documents.
- Work with Finance to verify details and make sure agreed outcomes are carried out on time.
- Draft clear correspondence, written agreements and case summaries.
- Keep an accurate case tracker covering status, deadlines, hearing dates, commitments and outstanding actions.
- Give the CEO concise weekly updates on open cases, risks and decisions needed.
- Improve how we handle disputes so fewer issues escalate to formal claims.
What we're looking forMust have
- 3–5 years' experience in a legal executive, paralegal, litigation support, claims, collections or dispute resolution role.
- Hands-on experience with Singapore tribunal or court processes, ideally the SCT.
- Proven ability to negotiate and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong written English, especially for formal correspondence and case documents.
- Highly organised, able to manage many cases and deadlines at once.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Must be able to work full-time in Singapore, as tribunal representatives must be full-time employees.
Nice to have
- Experience working with external counsel on claims.
- Mediation training or experience.
- English, Mandarin, for working with regional partners.
What success looks like- Disputes and claims are resolved fairly and promptly, with more settled before reaching formal proceedings.
- Every agreed outcome is approved, documented, followed through and closed.
- The CEO always has a clear, current view of open cases and exposure.
- Our dispute-handling process is clearer and more consistent than when you joined.
