岗位职责

Sourcing raw materials, components, and production supplies to meet manufacturing schedules
Conducting regular supplier performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards
Analyzing total cost of ownership including acquisition, operational, and disposal costs
Implementing cost reduction initiatives through strategic negotiations and process improvements
Managing supplier relationships with focus on quality certifications and production capacity
Coordinating with production planning teams to ensure material availability and avoid production delays
Implementing just-in-time (JIT) procurement strategies to optimize inventory and reduce carrying costs
Managing capital equipment purchases and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies
Ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles
Conducting supplier audits and capability assessments for critical production materials
Managing long-term supply agreements and framework contracts for strategic materials
Maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and developing new vendor partnerships
