The Company

A reputable organization in the real estate sector is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & HR Transformation Manager to join its team and drive strategic HR initiatives.

The Role

This role is responsible for leading HR transformation initiatives across the businesses, focusing on job and role redesign, process optimisation, standardisation and automation to enhance organisational effectiveness and productivity. Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to review existing HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement new ways of working, including job redesign and digitalisation initiatives. Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives, while supporting the identification of future workforce needs and capability requirements to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR transformation, organisational development, learning and development, or HR process improvement.

Experience in job redesign, process optimisation, digitalisation and change management, preferably within a large organisation or diversified group, would be advantageous.

Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should be proactive, adaptable and commercially minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive transformation initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, workforce capabilities and overall HR efficiency.
