Job Summary

Network Courier seeks a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in local courier services by acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the local courier and delivery business

Identify and secure new B2B customers and corporate accounts through targeted outreach

Generate leads via cold calling, networking, client visits, referrals, and other business development activities

Conduct meetings with prospective customers to assess their courier and delivery needs

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service presentations tailored to client requirements

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty

Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and business opportunities to close deals

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by driving revenue growth

Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers

Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively

Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with Operations to resolve service issues promptly

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database for effective sales tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Business, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in courier, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or related industries

Proven success in B2B sales and corporate account acquisition

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated in client-facing roles

Confidence in conducting cold calls, client meetings, and business presentations

Effective customer relationship management and business development capabilities

Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Knowledge of the Singapore local delivery and logistics market is advantageous

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
