Language Proficiency:Fluent inMandarin(essential for seamless communication with China HQ) andEnglish/Malay (for local operational tasks).

Technical Skills: Proficient with local Malaysian job portals, talent sourcing techniques, basic data analysis, and report generation.

End-to-End Local Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for local Commissioning Engineers. Source talent through local job portals, manage screening, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and build a steady talent pipeline to support business growth.

Cross-Border Coordination & HR Analytics: Serve as the main point of contact for China HQ. Prepare monthly talent market research reports, analyze recruitment data, and provide local market insights to HQ leaders.

Local Office Operations & Admin: Oversee office management (property management, utilities, invoicing). Handle local payroll coordination and basic HR/finance operational procedures.
