Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and commercially minded Customer Experience & Sales Executive who enjoys engaging with customers and turning enquiries into appointments or bookings.

This is an on-site, customer-facing role. Your main responsibility is to provide a great customer experience, understand customer needs, explain suitable clinic services, and follow up consistently until there is a clear outcome.

This is not primarily a TikTok Live or content-creator role.

Requirements

• Confident in communicating with customers and comfortable approaching customers first.

• Mandarin-speaking ability is strongly preferred due to engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English are highly welcomed.

• Sales-oriented, target-driven, and willing to follow up consistently.

• Friendly, presentable, and confident in communication.

• Good attitude, initiative, discipline, and integrity.

• Experience in retail sales, beauty and wellness, medical sales, hospitality, customer service, or healthcare is an advantage.

• Healthcare knowledge is not compulsory as training will be provided.

• Knowledge of TikTok Live, Canva, or video editing is an added advantage.

Annual Increment: Available based on performance
Commission: Based on sales performance

Important

• This is an on-site, customer-facing sales and customer experience role.

• Candidates who prefer mainly behind-the-scenes social media or content creation work may not be suitable for this position.

• Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally at the clinic front line.

• Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate service or staff member.

• Explain approved clinic services, including health screening, vaccination, women’s health, ultrasound, weight-management, and other services.

• Recommend suitable add-on services or packages based on customer needs without providing medical advice.

• Respond to WhatsApp and phone enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Convert suitable enquiries and leads into appointments or purchases.

• Follow up with undecided customers and maintain accurate lead records.

• Encourage repeat visits, customer reviews, and referrals.

• Assist with simple marketing campaigns or customer outreach when required.
