  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business operations

  • Greet customers proactively, introduce products, and provide professional recommendations
  • 主动接待顾客，介绍产品并提供专业推荐
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
  • 提供优质顾客服务，提升顾客满意度与回购率
  • Assist in product display and replenishment to maintain a neat and attractive store appearance
  • 协助商品陈列与补货，保持门市整齐与吸引力
  • Assist in inventory management and basic stocktaking
  • 协助库存管理与基本盘点工作
  • Handle cashier duties and maintain simple sales records
  • 处理日常收银与简单销售记录
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and execute promotional activities
  • 配合团队完成销售目标与促销活动执行
  • Participate in company training and provide support during festive booths/events

  • Create daily short videos/content to promote products on social media platforms
