Course registration
Provide course advisory and assistance on IT related issues (eg. SingPass, e-attendance)
Ensure registration forms are filled up and key into softcopy.
Prepare attendance, invoices and payment acknowledgement forms
Assists with claims and adhoc matters
Ensure payments are collected by the first day of lesson
Ensure online and paper attendance are completed every sessions
Others
Provide general administrative support to faculty
Prepare course materials before class
Ensure classroom facilities are sufficient and in working order
Protect organization’s value and brand by keeping information confidential
Ensure compliance of policies set out by relevant governing bodies, e.g. EduTrust requirement, Private Education Act, Government agencies
Looking for commitments of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend preferred for this part time role.
