Working Days & Hours: 5 days per week (rostered on any day of the week), 8–9 hours per day between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Provide remote/off-site IT support to end users within a healthcare environment.
• Attend to incoming calls and IT service requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
• Respond promptly to user queries received via phone, voicemail, email, and other support channels.
• Accurately assess, diagnose, and resolve reported IT issues.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Provide first and second-level support for issues related to desktops, LAN, WAN, centralized infrastructure, and voice services.
• Support user account administration, including account activation, modification, and termination.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Provide timely updates to users on the status and resolution of reported issues.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are handled in accordance with established service standards and SLAs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with N-Level qualifications and at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and Windows environments would be advantageous.
• Strong interest in IT support with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
• Able to work on a 5-day roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
