Company Overview
We are a company specialising in architectural and landscape lighting, entertainment and cultural tourism projects, audiovisual (AV) systems, and digital multimedia experiences. We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to join our Singapore team and oversee the successful delivery of complex lighting, AV and multimedia projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from tender stage through project planning, execution, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and execution strategies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal technical teams.
Manage site installation works and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims and overall project profitability.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including work coordination, progress monitoring and performance.
Review technical drawings, electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and final project handover.
Identify and resolve technical, commercial and site-related issues during project execution.
Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore construction, workplace safety and project requirements.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with the company's technical teams in China.
Requirements
Minimum
6 years of relevant project experience
, with at least
3 years of project management experience
.
Relevant experience in
lighting, AV, multimedia, entertainment, architectural/landscape lighting or M&E projects
.
Proven experience managing projects in Singapore.
Able to independently manage projects from tender and planning through to site execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
Strong knowledge of project cost control, variation management and subcontractor coordination.
Able to read and understand technical, electrical and construction drawings.
Familiar with Singapore construction practices and workplace safety requirements.
Good command of
English
for communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
Good command of
Mandarin
to communicate with the company's China-based technical team.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following will have an added advantage:
DMX lighting control systems
DALI lighting control systems
AutoCAD
DIALux
Show control systems
