1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administration is preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Good numerical, analytical and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to learn and take on additional accounting and administrative responsibilities when required

Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with our internal department when necessary.

Assist with bank reconciliation and other basic accounting duties.

Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.

Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents.

Liaise with auditors and provide the necessary accounting records and supporting documents

Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
