Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration and Finance

With minimum 3 years of related HR working experiences in Payroll and HR Operations

Experience in relevant payroll procedures, practices and country statutory.

Working knowledge of integrated payroll systems preferably on SAP

Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in language and culture of the supported country/location.

Understanding of HR principals and/or Employee Laws of the supported country/location

Understand business needs and provide expert advice, services and solutions on Payroll, HR data, systems, and processes.

Provide expert consultation in payroll and HR data practices by staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legal legislations in local countries.

Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.

Ensure payroll and statutory reporting and payments are processed with high accuracy and timeliness according to our SLAs and local legal requirements
