• Lead daily food outlet operations to achieve smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise and manage staff performance to maintain high service standards
• Prepare and optimize staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock availability
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards comply with regulations
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
• Track sales, control costs, and minimize wastage to improve profitability
• Train and guide staff on service standards to enhance team capabilities
• Execute additional duties assigned by management to support business goals
