任职资格

Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 3–4 years of relevant design experience, preferably within an advertising, creative or social media agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital creatives and brand-related work.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong eye for visual details, composition and overall aesthetics.
Able to provide direction and feedback to junior designers.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media content and current creative trends.

岗位职责

Lead the development of graphic content, campaign visuals and marketing collaterals across social media platforms.
Manage design projects from concept development through to final delivery.
Review junior designers’ work and provide guidance to maintain overall design quality.
Develop strong creative concepts that align with different client objectives and brand directions.
Ensure consistency across client branding and visual communication.
Work closely with strategy and content teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual executions.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Stay updated with current design, advertising and social media trends
