Architectural BIM Coordinator

Location: Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination activities for architectural projects.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models among Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Support BIM execution planning and project implementation.
• Mentor and guide BIM Modellers within the project team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Architectural BIM projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction practices and BIM standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
