Tat Hong was established in Singapore in 1970s as a supplier of cranes and heavy equipment. It is today the leading crane rental company is the Asia-Pacific region. Over the past six decades, we have expanded our operations to include Singapore, Australia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Job Purpose:
Perform trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of crane on site and in workshop
Responsibilities:
Provide installation, repair and maintenance at site
Lead service team to carry out crane Load Monitoring Indicator (LMI) system troubleshooting
Lead service team to carry out hydraulic system of crane trouble shooting
Train and supervise new technician
Prepare, co-ordinate and conduct equipment calibration job
Prepare internal KPI report for junior technicians
Plan workshop preparation before delivery and installation
Involve repair and maintenance of crane LMI products and testing equipment
Provide after sales technical support to customer
Conduct survey and propose solutions to customer enquiry
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Good leadership skill
Good in problem solving skills
Good in interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
