• Work alongside the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items in line with hotel standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning for all dishes served.
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations by handling mise en place, stock rotation, and general cleaning tasks.
• Comply with all hygiene, halal, safety, and sanitation regulations within the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Willing to work in Melaka (Portuguese Settlement Area).
