Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) – Ivalua Low-Code Engineer

Location: Singapore

Experience: 3+ years in Source-to-Pay / Procurement Solution Delivery

Ivalua Experience: Mandatory – minimum 1 year hands-on Ivalua configuration experience

Certification: Valid Ivalua L3 Certification required (Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Technical Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) with strong hands-on Ivalua expertise to serve as a technical lead and platform specialist, overseeing vendor delivery and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay / Procurement solution delivery, including at least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration.
• Valid Ivalua L3 certification – Functional or Technical Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing.
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Singapore Government/public-sector experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, SGTS, and public-sector data protection regulations is advantageous.
• Passion for contributing to public service and the public good.

Important: Hands-on Ivalua work experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates without Ivalua experience/certification will not be considered.
