Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as online chats for customer enquiries, complaints and feedback
Provide accurate information and exceed customer expectations in every interaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required
Work closely with the team to meet KPI targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
