Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

1. Experience in chain F&B, coffee, tea beverage, retail, convenience stores, or franchise store operations will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

2. Strong willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to grow together with the Company.

3. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with store teams, franchise partners, and internal departments.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and problem-solving mindset.

5. Basic data awareness, with the ability to understand store sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.

6. Able to adapt to front-line store visits, field work, and necessary business travel.

7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred. Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.

1. Conduct regular store visits to understand daily operations, identify issues, and provide practical improvement suggestions.

2. Support stores in implementing company standards, including product quality, service procedures, hygiene requirements, store display, and brand image.

3. Communicate closely with franchise partners and store teams to understand operational needs, follow up on feedback, and support problem-solving.

4. Track key store performance indicators, including sales, order volume, product mix, customer feedback, wastage, and campaign results.

5. Assist in the execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and regional business plans.

6. Support new store openings, including preparation follow-up, staff readiness, system usage, materials checking, and post-opening operation support.

7. Work with internal teams such as Training, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to improve store operation efficiency.

8. Report operational risks or abnormal issues in a timely manner, including food safety, service quality, cash handling, store discipline, and compliance with company policies.

9. Continuously learn company standards, store operation knowledge, and business management methods to grow into a professional operations talent together with the Company.
