Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Good planning, coordination, and organisational skills.

Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Able to manage priorities and meet production deadlines.

Previous production planning or manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Prepare, update, and manage production schedules.

Monitor production progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and related departments.

Ensure sufficient materials are available for production.

Maintain and update production records, schedules, and reports.

Identify production delays or issues and follow up with the relevant teams.

Assist in improving production efficiency and workflow.
