We’re hiring a Senior E-Commerce Executive to take ownership of our online sales channels across marketplaces and *************.
This is not just a marketplace operations role. We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, numbers-driven and confident managing e-commerce performance end to end.
You will be responsible for managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our *************, while planning campaigns, analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, revenue and profitability.
What you’ll do
- Manage and optimise our marketplaces and *************
- Plan and execute monthly e-commerce campaigns and promotional calendars
- Manage pricing, vouchers, bundles, flash sales and platform campaign participation
- Monitor key metrics including revenue, conversion, AOV, ROAS, advertising spend and campaign profitability
- Analyse sales performance and provide clear recommendations for growth
- Improve online merchandising, product listings and customer journey
- Manage marketplace advertising and work closely with marketing teams on digital campaigns
- Oversee daily order fulfilment and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and fulfilment partners on stock availability, order issues, returns and delivery performance
- Support inventory planning and forecasting for key campaigns and launches
- Track competitor activity and marketplace trends
What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong experience with Shopee and Lazada
- Experience managing a ************* / Shopify or similar platform
- Strong understanding of marketplace campaign mechanics
- Comfortable working with numbers, sales reports and performance data
- Able to turn data into actionable commercial decisions
- Experience with marketplace advertising is a strong advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just ask, “What campaign are we running?”
We want someone who asks: What is selling? Why is it selling? What isn’t converting? What is the promotion costing us? And how do we improve the next campaign?
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
