A. Sales & Closing

• Promoting existing land projects and follow-up with prospects until the sale is successfully closed.

• Managing the sales process from start to finish (booking → SPA → handover).

• Conducting viewing sessions at the project site (site visit).

• Ensuring that monthly sales targets are consistently achieved.

B. Lead Management

• Executing and managing leads from Meta Ads / WhatsApp / FB Page / TikTok.

• Organizing systematic follow-ups until closing.

• Making daily reports on sales activities (calls, follow-ups, leads progress).

C. Content & Marketing Support

• Assisting the marketing team in producing short videos, testimonials & content related to marketing, sales and company branding.

• Being able to speak on camera is a big bonus.

• Responsible for conducting daily Live sessions on the company's social media platforms to get leads
