Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SAP and ERP

solutions across Singapore and Malaysia

- Drive partner relationship with principles like SAP, Oracle and

hyperscalers.

- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across target

accounts and industry sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers,

business leaders, and IT stakeholders.

- Understand customer business challenges and position suitable SAP /

ERP / Cloud / IOT solutions to address their needs.

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal,

negotiation, and closure.

- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to develop

winning proposals and client solutions.

- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts

to management.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer

priorities.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in enterprise solution sales, preferably in SAP, ERP, Cloud solutions, IOT and business applications.

- Track record as a partner manager along with Sales experience

- Strong network and market knowledge in Singapore and/or Malaysia.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex B2B sales cycles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

- Experience selling Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP Cloud, etc.).

- Exposure to Data & Analytics solutions (snowflake, data bricks,

Redshift, Big query, Azure data Lake house)

- Knowledge of IoT / Industry 4.0 solutions.

- Experience working with regional or multinational clients.
