These tasks reflect the full-cycle nature of a 360 recruitment consultant role, encompassing both client and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Actively involve in business develoment in sourcing for potential client who required recruitment service for both permanent and contract staffing
• Manage the client's needs and expectations
• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Identify suitable candidate based on client requirement for any industry
• Able to speak ,read and write in English fluently.
• able to act fast on job demand given by client and fast in profiling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• willing to work in office and may required to work extra hours to support bulk project
• positive mindset and sales-driven attitude
