Our client is a listed MNC, operating globally and with key hub offices in Singapore, Dubai, London and New York. You will be joining an established legal and compliance function which is dual headquartered in Singapore and London.

Job Description

• You will support the Head of Compliance in key areas such as KYC, Trade, AML, Sanctions, Investigations, Privacy and Policy.
• You will work with senior business leaders from around the world, offering compliance support on areas such as transactions and product distribution. This will also focus on the design, development and implementation of commercial contracts, frameworks, policies and processes.
• You will support the business with daily requests, as well as ensuring mid-term strategic goals are considered alongside business appropriate risk tolerance levels.
• The role is seen as critical to business success and will offer exposure to key stakeholders in Asia and around the world.

Requirements

• 7 - 12 years (guideline)
• You will come from a strong technical / compliance background, ideally with overlap to legal / commercial issues.
• You will have MNC / complex matrix organizational experience
• You will possess superior stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple Asia based countries, and interactions with overseas colleagues / offices.
• Fast paced environment and ready to be part of a growing team.
