As an Analyst, you will define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. You will partner with business teams to identify high‑impact use cases, support AI/ML initiatives, and ensure data quality across telecom and related industries.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Business Analytics & Insights

• Define KPIs and set up performance dashboards.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop compelling narratives and executive summaries that connect data trends to business performance.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders through reports, visualisations, and presentations.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Organise, prioritise, and manage tasks across multiple stakeholders in measurement workstreams.
• Lead dashboard development with junior analysts and performance/finance teams.
• Collaborate across business functions to align analyses with priorities and recommend data‑driven solutions.

Dashboard Analysis & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements for accuracy and visualisation quality.
• Collaborate with business users to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.

Data Pipelines & Integration

• Develop and manage data pipelines integrating Snowflake with other sources and APIs.
• Optimise Snowflake queries and warehouse performance.
• Work with APIs to fetch, transform, and load data into Snowflake.

Data Quality & Cloud Technologies

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or bugs in dashboards and databases.
• Implement validation checks and monitoring processes.
• Utilise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and deployment.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud‑based data solutions.

SQL & Data Analysis

• Write complex SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Perform profiling, cleansing, and validation using SQL and scripting tools.
• Support ad‑hoc business queries and generate insights from structured and semi‑structured data.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have 10 years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or performance management.
• You have a proven track record in business analytics, preferably in telecom, financial services, utilities, or digital platforms.
• You have consulting or in‑house transformation experience.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• You have proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• You have experience integrating Snowflake with APIs and managing data pipelines.
• You have knowledge of telecom data sources (CRM, network, billing, customer touchpoints).
• You have familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You can identify high‑impact AI/ML use cases such as churn prediction, upsell/cross‑sell, and customer segmentation.
