Job Responsibilities:

Process & Improvement Participation: Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing CNC programs, conserving materials, and reducing cycle times to improve overall efficiency.

• Set up, operate, and optimize 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machining department
• Prepare, select, and maintain cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and work holding
• Support automation equipment parts, custom machinery components, and precision assemblies
• Perform CAM programming, simulation, and on-machine program adjustments
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
• Tool wear and breakage, Material machining challenges
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping, and engineering changes
• Improve cycle time, tooling life, and production efficiency
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Production, and Automation teams.

Technical Documentation Review: Studies technical drawings, manuals, specification together with process engineering and determine on the process sequences, control, method, tools in product realization sequences.

• Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, 5S, and company SOPs
• Prepare basic machining documentation and tooling lists

Workplace Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to safety standards and promoting efficient operations.

Regulatory Compliance: Following all company safety rules and regulations to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.

Additional Duties: Performing other tasks as assigned by HOD/ management to support urgent requirements & willing to support overtime or shift work when required to meet production schedules

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM or Diploma in any related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with a flexible approach.
• Strong knowledge of milling, cutting tools, machining parameters, and materials
• Able to understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Safety conscious behaviour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
