We invite passionate animal lovers to join us if you possess the following:
Be able to handle animals firmly but gently.
Empathise with both animals and clients.
Ability to manage their time effectively.
Clear and concise communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
good awareness of health and safety within the workplace.
Have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
Confident working with different animals.
Have excellent observation skills.
You will be joining a team of passionate individuals seeking to provide exceptional care to pets in a challenging and dynamic environment.
The Patient Care Assistants' scope of work includes:
Cleaning and grooming animals.
Preparing food and feeding animals.
Assist with moving animals from one place to another.
Exercising dogs either in a yard or by taking them for walks.
Check for signs of illness or distress in animals.
Clean and upkeep animal accommodation (including changing bedding)
Ensure animal enclosures are maintained.
Keep relevant records and make bookings where applicable.
Answer to questions and queries from visitors.
This is a full time, permanent individual contributor role with minimally one year of commitment.

Mount Pleasant Veterinary Group has been providing exceptional and compassionate vet care for our animal companions and the community in Singapore for over 30 years. We operate 6 island-wide clinics, including a 24-hour tertiary care centre for patients requiring intensive and critical care.
Our team consists of referral clinicians, senior vets with memberships in small animal internal medicine and surgery, as well as vets with various special interests including avian medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, surgery and veterinary acupuncture.
We launched our Mount Pleasant Blood Donor Programme in 2016 to save more lives.
On 31 March 2021, Mount Pleasant Veterinary Group joined the Mars Veterinary Health family which includes approximately 70,000+ veterinary professionals globally.
