Your new role

As the Commercial Property Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned office towers, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will oversee a team of property professionals, manage vendor and term contracts, drive preventive maintenance initiatives, and ensure compliance with BMSMA regulations and MCST by-laws. The role will also involve budget and CapEx planning, stakeholder and tenancy management, dispute resolution, energy and ESG initiatives, as well as overseeing fire safety and emergency response planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
• Solid track record overseeing operations of commercial buildings, with the confidence to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's strata-titled property environment, including regulatory and governance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams while building effective relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with experience managing maintenance programmes, contracts, budgets, asset enhancement initiatives, and operational incidents.
