Retail Sales Specialist / Health & Wellness Advisor — Shine Health

Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, personalized service by engaging with customers and recommending suitable health and wellness products.
Handle daily store operations, including stock replenishments, visual merchandising, cashiering (POS system), and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional retail environment.
Work closely with the team to achieve store sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Working Hours & Shift Schedule
We operate 7 days a week (Monday – Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Standard Work Hours: 44 hours per week | 6 Rotating Rest Days per month
Shift Rotations (Each shift includes a 45-minute meal break):
Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:45 PM
Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:45 PM
Public Holiday Requirement: Working on Public Holidays is required. For working on a mandatory Public Holiday, 2 days of compensatory off will be granted.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: From $2,435 / month
