We are seeking a motivated and hands-on M&E Site Engineer to support the execution, maintenance, and coordination of mechanical and electrical works at a high-profile project located in the East of Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to build their career in facilities, building services, and engineering project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations and maintenance activities.
• Supervise contractors and service vendors to ensure works are carried out safely and according to specifications.
• Conduct inspections and monitor the performance of building systems, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, work schedules, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Investigate site issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
• Support project upgrading, improvement works, and asset enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering, building maintenance, facilities management, or construction projects.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and building services will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
